FOLLOWING KOSTAS SPILIADIS’ INGREDIENT-FIRST MINDSET, WE WENT DIRECTLY TO THE ORIGINS: SEA SALT COLLECTED FROM THE ROCKS, FRESH CATCH, OLIVE OIL, SEASONAL VEGETABLES AND HONEY, CAPTURING THE JOURNEY FROM NATURE TO PLATE. THE RESULT WAS A LIBRARY OF STILL AND MOVING IMAGERY FOR MILOS’ WEBSITE, REFLECTING THE SIMPLICITY OF MEDITERRANEAN COOKING.
