At CTC, the experience is built on detail, on the plate, in the space and in the kitchen. In this shoot we captured the full rhythm of experience: the focus in the kitchen, the teamwork behind each plate and the small rituals that shape a Michelin-star awarded night. Through a mix of food close-ups, atmosphere and behind the scenes moments we highlighted chef Alexandros Tsiotinis and his team at the heart of it all.
